Blue Ice Espresso Owner Kashif Ali moved to Toowoomba from Dubai U.A.E to provide better life to his family. Kashif Ali is a Mechatronics Engineer and worked for more than 14 years in Engineering. Moving to Australia with a new fresh start was not easy for him. After spending few months in Toowoomba and realizing work culture here. He realized that Coffee is love and need for every Australian. He decided to start his business of Coffee in Toowoomba. He bought an existing coffee shop on James Street South Toowoomba. He took over coffee shop on June 1st, 2018. After buying the coffee shop he had to renovate it as it was not in good condition. He had to invest a lot on making it a professional coffee shop. Being it as a takeaway coffee shop on Highway he worked hard to provide quick services for all travelers.

Kashif Ali always try to launch innovative ideas to make things better for customers. He switched to brand Aromas Coffee Beans, branded pies and muffins. He always focused on quality of the products for customers.
Kashif Ali introduced Edible Gold Coffee for Australians specially Queenslanders on November 27th ,2018 at Blue Ice Espresso. This is the first time in Queensland any coffee shop started Edible Gold in Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Thick Shakes. Edible Gold has many health benefits and used in medicines as well. In December 2018 Kashif Ali talked to Toowoomba Hospital Foundation (THF) as he was interested to work for community, Blue Ice Espresso and Kashif Ali raised funds from December 17th to 21st , 2018 in order to support THF to buy omni beds for Toowoomba Hospital.
For January 2019 Blue Ice Espresso raised funds for Toowoomba Hospice . Fundraising was done from 21st Jan to 25th Jan 2019. Story has been covered by 7 News Toowoomba, Triple M Radio, Herald High Country Newspaper, The Chronicles Newspaper . Toowoomba Hospice has presented appreciation certificate to Blue Ice Espresso on completion of Fund raising .
For May 2019 Blue Ice Espresso raised funds for Toowoomba Hospice . Fundraising was done from 20th May to 24th May 2019 for National Palliative Care Week. Story has been covered by The Chronicles Newspaper and Triple M Radio.
